Welcome to Fantum! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fantum platform, including its services, features, content, and websites (collectively, “Fantum”). By using Fantum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using Fantum.
1. Definitions
“Fantum”: Refers to the website, app, and all services provided by [Fantum].
“User” or “You”: Refers to any individual or entity using Fantum.
“Content”: Refers to any data, text, files, music, audio, photos, graphics, videos, or other material you upload, share, or interact with on Fantum.
“Account”: Refers to your registered user profile on Fantum.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
Eligibility: You must be at least 14 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use Fantum. If Fantum discovers that you are under the age requirement and do not have parental or guardian consent, your account will be disabled.
Account Creation: You are responsible for ensuring that your account details are accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date.
Username Policy: Fantum reserves the right to reclaim usernames if they are associated with publicly known or famous individuals and are being used in a way that may mislead or impersonate. If your username is subject to reclaim, you will be notified and given an opportunity to update your username.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access to your account.
3. Use of Fantum Services
Grant of License: Fantum grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fantum in compliance with these Terms.
Permitted Use: Fantum is intended for artists, musicians, podcasters, and creators to share and promote their work. Any other use is prohibited without our prior written consent.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to:
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise offensive.
Use Fantum to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with Fantum’s software or systems.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload to Fantum. By uploading, you grant Fantum a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and promote your content on Fantum’s platform and associated marketing channels, including social media and email campaigns, solely for promotional purposes.
Right to Use Content for Promotion: Fantum reserves the right to feature or promote your content, profile, or user data (excluding any sensitive personal information) across its marketing channels for promotional or advertising purposes, without any additional compensation. You can contact us if you would like to opt out of this use.
Fantum’s Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality, including software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to Fantum. You may not use Fantum’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
User Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Fantum regarding improvements to the platform are non-confidential and become Fantum’s exclusive property, to be used without any obligation or compensation to you.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
Personal Information: By using Fantum, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
User Communications: Fantum may send you notifications related to your account and use of Fantum. You may manage certain communications through your account settings.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Affiliate Relationships

Payment Terms: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You are responsible for timely payments and keeping billing information current.
Affiliate Relationships: Fantum may earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with music Digital Service Providers (DSPs) and other third-party platforms. When users engage with or purchase content through links provided by Fantum, we may receive a commission or referral fee. This helps support Fantum’s services and allows us to continue providing valuable tools to our users.
Refund Policy: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, refunds are issued only per our [Refund Policy].
7. Termination
User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or using the account settings.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fantum, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of Fantum.
